Booking

1. Provisional Reservations - Please telephone us on FREEPHONE - 0808 144 9494 to check availability and provisionally reserve your booking. All rooms will be held for 7 days - should the hotel not receive your completed reservation form, together with the appropriate deposit of £100 per person (non-refundable), we reserve the right to automatically release the accommodation.

2. Once your booking is confirmed please use the link below to fill out a copy of our reservations form.

3. If you are unable to book for your preferred dates you may find that they are available at one of our other hotels. These can be viewed at our main Forestdale website.

4. Confirmed Bookings Prior to 1st November 2004 - £100 per person deposit (non-refundable) with your completed reservation form. All reservation forms must have the check box ticked indicating that you accept the booking conditions. The remaining final balance must be received by the hotel prior to 1st November 2003. Failure to do so will lead to the cancellation of your booking without a refund of your deposit.

5. All reservations after 1st November must be FULLY PRE-PAID.

6. Forestdale Hotels’ cancellation travel insurance cover will protect you in the unlikely event of your cancellation. Insurance policies will be sent out on receipt of your reservation form and deposits. We strongly recommend all guests to read the policy thoroughly as it is not possible to display the conditions in this site. Please do no forget to include all ages of guests at the arrival date of your festive package.

7. Children - we welcome families to our hotels, and especially children at this festive time of your year. When sharing their parents’ room, children are charged at half price. Children under 4 years of age nominal charge of £20.

8. Any extra charges incurred during your stay e.g. drinks, newspapers and telephone calls, must be settled in full before departure.

9. Pets are most welcome in all our hotels, a daily charge of £7.50 inclusive of food is chargeable to individual room accounts.

Deposits and Payments
Reservations are only confirmed on receipt of deposits which are non-refundable. Final payment (non-refundable) must be received prior to 1st November 2003 - with full pre-payment, which is also non-refundable, for bookings after that date. It is your responsibility to adhere to deposits, final payments or full pre-payments. Whilst we will endeavour to collect these monies, should they fail to be sent in time you will lose your reservation and monies paid.

Cancellations
In the unlikely situation of you having to cancel your Christmas House Party or New Year packages, for the third year running Forestdale guests are insured under our cancellation and curtailment insurance policy - only applicable to U.K. residents. Full policy terms and conditions available on request.

Guaranteed Prices
Christmas and New Year holiday prices are guaranteed for the duration of this offer, unless there is a change in the rate of VAT, which is currently 17.5%.

Information and Programme Changes
Although every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the information on this site, Forestdale Hotels Limited cannot accept responsibility for any errors or omissions and reserves the right to cancel any arrangements on this site. In the event of any programme not reaching the minimum number of people stated, Forestdale Hotels guarantees to the client either an alternative programme in another destination or a full refund.
