We offer four function suites, all beautifully decorated and varying in size to accommodate your special day, whether it is for 20 to 120 guests.
Hobson Suite
We offer the Hobson suite, located on the lower ground floor, which is beautifully decorated and can accommodate your special day for up to 120 guests.
High Table
Situated in our High Table Restaurant and can accommodate between 20-65 guests. This is perfect for cosy weddings.
Senate Room
Located on the ground floor allowing an abundance of natural light. This room is perfect for weddings receptions of up to 35 guests.
Terrace Room
Lovely for smaller more intimate events, the Terrace room is perfect for wedding receptions of up to 40 guests.
As well as being a sought-after venue for wedding receptions, the Royal Cambridge Hotel is also fully licensed for civil and commitment ceremonies, offering a choice of four rooms for up to 120 guests.
Hobson Suite
This is an impressive suite and suitable for the larger wedding ceremonies. A large elegant air-conditioned suite with ground floor entrance, which can seat a maximum of 120 guests.
High Table Restaurant
The Restaurant is an impressive room with rich, luxurious decor, located near the main reception and lounge, seating up to 65 guests.
Senate and Terrace Room
Two lovely rooms with ground floor entrance, natural daylight and can seat up to 35 guests in the Senate Room and up to 40 guests in the Terrace Room. The rooms are light and airy, bringing a nice fresh feel to your ceremony.

If you wish to extend your celebrations into the evening, perhaps inviting further guests to help you celebrate your special day to the end, we can help create the perfect evening reception for you. We are also able to assist in arranging entertainment.
