Our Simply Perfect Package is an inclusive package for 40 people for the Wedding breakfast and 60 people for the evening reception, and includes
- Bucks Fizz Drinks Reception on arrival
- Three course Wedding Breakfast with a glass of wine
- Glass of Sparkling Wine for the toast
- Evening Reception Room Hire with private bar facilities
- Evening Finger Buffet

The Venue
We offer a choice of three rooms for your wedding:
The Senate Room
A beautiful private dining room ideal for small weddings of up to 20 guests.
The High Table Restaurant
A rich and opulent room, full of character, for weddings up to 60 guests.
The Hobson Suite
A private function room with its own bar and dance floor, suitable for larger weddings between 60 and 150 guests.
Why not have the whole wedding day at The Royal Cambridge Hotel? All of our function rooms are licensed to hold civil weddings and commitment ceremonies for between 10 and 150 people.
