For a second consecutive month, a member of the reception team has won The Royal Cambridge Hotel’s Employee of the Month Award.

Following on from Sabina Cicos winning the prize in February, March’s winner has been named as her colleague, Maura Ferretti.

Maura’s work ethic and dedication to her job were the reasons cited when naming her as March’s winner.

General Manager of The Royal Cambridge Hotel, Stewart Rushton, was full of praise for Maura’s efforts during the month. He said: “Maura was the standout choice for March’s award. She’s put in the hours and has shown a real dedication to the hotel and her colleagues.

“The customers really like Maura and she is very meticulous when it comes to doing her job well.

“It’s really pleasing to see our reception staff winning these awards. Reception is obviously so important with it being a customer’s first and last impression of the hotel.”
